We are delighted to announce that we have been able to secure the wonderful coaching services of Tamsyn Manou (Lewis) to provide dedicated coaching services for our Brighton athletes each Sunday from 3.00pm till 4.00pm at Dendy Park. The first session will commence this Sunday, January 25.

Tamsyn represented Australia at 3 Olympic Games and won gold in middle distance events at 3 Commonwealth Games. She also won gold at the World Indoor Championships in the 800m.

This is a magnificent opportunity for our centre and comes completely free of charge for our athletes. To help identify our athletes and create fantastic photo opportunities. please wear your Brighton uniform and chest plate.

As we are keen to ascertain numbers, please rsvp to indicate your interest. This is non committal for all 4 weeks but will provide a guide.

With the Regional Track and Field titles coming up, we’re looking forward to your support. Our athletes are certainly bound to enjoy the experience.
